BALI IMMERSION, 27 JUNE – 5 JULY 2020
A limited number of spaces are now available for this spectacular immersion in the heart of Bali. Over 7 days we will explore indigenous healing modalities, refine our yogasana practise, process and meditate in a private villa, about 30 mins drive from Ubud.
This will be a once-in-a-lifetime trip to a magical corner of the world that is very close to my heart. It is an opportunity to turn within, rest, heal and process. I’ve limited the immersion to 6 people so that everyone gets the attention they need and I’m not spread too thinly when it comes to bodywork and teaching. Fortunately, I will have assistance from of a 12-strong team of staff, local healers, and assistant teachers, who will guide you through a restorative yoga practise in the afternoon, while I work with each person individually.
We will be staying at a five-star villa nestled deep in the rainforests of Gianyar (pictured above and below), far away from the throngs of tourists but close enough to Ubud that you can continue your travels when we’re done. The energy here is pristine and the amazing staff make it feel more like a home than a hotel. Chances are you won’t want to leave the premises during the week but, if you do feel the need to step outside our little container, there are a couple of fun excursions planned.
The immersion will include:
– Accommodation for 8 Days & 7 Nights at Villa Selat
– x2 mixed level yoga classes a day including guided meditation
– 2 delicious and substantial vegetarian meals per day + snacks (we can accommodate any dietary requirements). You will not go hungry!
– 2-3 hour treatment with Ahmed
– Group processing work
– 1 Complimentary 1hr massage
– Sound healing sessions
– Waterfall hikes
– Balinese water purification ceremony
– Visit to the local temple
– Airport transfers
– Full waiter service
– Complimentary laundry service
– Surprises that I’m going to keep to myself 🙂
The price for all of the above is £2500. To secure your spot, I would need a deposit of £500. The remainder can be paid in two instalments over the coming months.
You won’t have to reach into your pocket at any moment during the retreat, unless it’s to pay for an additional massage or six (at around $30 each), to give the villa staff a well-deserved tip or to buy some gifts from Ubud.
Your flights are not included but, if you book early enough, you can get to Bali for about £450 with a stopover in Jakarta, Doha or Singapore.
If you would like to take one of the spots or ask any questions, please email me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
